Lauren firmly believes Pilates is a lifelong journey of progress over perfection and is always looking for ways to deepen her knowledge.
She is also TRX-certified and has worked with a variety of special populations, including individuals recovering from shoulder injuries, scoliosis, herniated discs, sciatic nerve pain and strokes. She’s all about thoughtful progression and making sure her clients feel strong, balanced, and confident—without taking themselves too seriously.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll probably find her with a good book in one hand and a fresh-pressed juice in the other. Pilates keeps her sane, books keep her grounded, and her two kids and dog keep her on her toes. They’re her biggest motivators, reminding her daily that growth, resilience, and joy are always worth chasing.
